Oklahoma will begin using AAMVA's State-to-State (S2S) Verification Service and S2S Driver History Record (DHR), and New York (NY) will onboard to S2S DHR starting Monday, February 16, 2026. Tasks related to onboarding Oklahoma and New York will be conducted during the weekend of February 14, 2026. During this process (Saturday evening to Monday morning), there will be periods during which the CDLIS/S2S Central Site (Central Site) will be in inquiry-only mode or unavailable (over and above the regularly scheduled maintenance window of 2:00 AM ET to 5:00 AM ET on Sunday, February 15, 2026).
